This was mom when she came in for her maternity session and was expecting her fifth baby. She had all of them really close together and I commend her ability to carry babies well and stay fit while pregnant, muchless, have five babies in a row. I was a horrible pregnant woman….loved being PG, but I was not the most caring with my weight and exercise. I walked, so I’ll give myself credit for that, but that’s about it. This mom takes the cake. Isn’t she gorgeous?

Now, here’s the handsome little guy that was in her belly for nine months. He was SO good for his session and mom and dad left the others at home. It was chilled out and relaxed the entire time. LOVED it!

Thank you guys and congratulations again on this handsome baby boy and the other four babies you brought into this world!

What a great family! Grandma came in the gift certificate that was donated to the Guy Beauregard golf outing that we donated last August so we photographed her three grandsons as well as her and her husband with the kids. They all have great personalities and when you meet them, you feel like you’ve known them long prior. I love those kind of people that make you feel connected before you’ve ever had the chance to make one.

Tammy talked grandma into the group photo. It’s one of those things that you don’t have your heart set on, but once you do it, it becomes SO valuable and priceless. Each day that goes, a family portrait becomes more meaningful and treasured and years from now, if I approached you and asked to buy it back from you for the price you paid, you’d shut the door in my face. It would be worth well beyond what you purchased it for. I know this from my very own experience!

This was the first time I photographed these little angels and what a great time it was! Mom was a lot of fun and she brought another one of her kids (she has four), and he was so behaved, you never knew he was here. He helped me out at times, too and he was quite the worker.

One of the twins got a little tired quicker than the other, but they both managed to get through a long session and keep the smiles going. At 18 months old, it’s not the easiest age, but they made it through it with shining stars!

Thank you and I had such a great time working with all of you!

He is one of four boys…can you believe it? Mom and dad are going to have their hands so full with them, but it will be the best kind of busy in life that you could possibly have.

These boys are all obviously brothers when you look at them and see the similarities. I’ve never seen a family of four children look this much alike on top of being so handsome :)

Thank you and we’ll be seeing all of you again soon!

Check out the blonde locks on this handsome guy! He has a brother who has the same matching hair and I love it! I’ve enjoyed working with this family over the years and like many others, I’ve grown attached to them. They are all great people and it doesn’t feel like work when I photograph any of them :)

I had a great time catching up during the session and see you soon!

He looks so much like his siblings and is so adorable! I love photographing this family as they are always happy and such a joy to photograph. The kids are so well-behaved and although they are a little on the quiet side, they’re always smiling and giggling.

I can’t believe he’ll be one soon. Where in the world is the time going???

Thank you and I can’t wait to see you guys again!!!

Mom came in with this little beauty and I was awed. It was like seeing my little Priscilla all over again as a newborn! She weighed close to her and from the details of her hair to her face, it brought me back ten years ago. In all the years I’ve had the honor of photographing newborns, this was the FIRST time anything like this had ever happened.

Enough of my memories, and on to this precious angel. She was perfectly behaved and ready and willing to be photographed as long as we gave her the comfort to sleep through it. Perfect little model I’d say…

Congrats and best wishes as you enjoy your greatest, newest blessing!

It has been a while since I saw a little one at this age move like the speed of lightning, but this one reminded me it’s possible! She was a sprinter, not a walker and full of energy! On top of it, she’s simply gorgeous. Check out those pretty curls and round cheeks….ADORABLE!!!

Thank you for a great session and it was so fun to meet and work with you guys!

I was contacted a little while ago about adding a tip or two for a blog in conjunction with a few other local photographers. I jumped at the chance as I think you can always better prepare clients for a session to come when getting ready to visit a photographer. As you’ll see, all the local photographers have great tips that can be applied towards sessions to come as a client as well as yourself if you decide to be the one behind the camera. Of course, we always recommend custom portraits from a photographer to capture special moments in time that you will not be able to get back someday :)

Thank you to Jodi for the opportunity to put the advice out there for many to see!

I had the pleasure of working with this great family for this newborn session. I fell in love with each family member, no kidding, as they were so happy, so kind and so great to be around. The baby was perfect on the outside and behaved like a gem. I’m truly happy to have met this family as their story really touched me.

Thank you so much for choosing our studio to capture your beautiful family and we wish you many, many blessings!!!
