Mom wanted less traditional for her daughter’s communion portraits and that made things a little more fun. I like trying out new things and it usually means I’m going to have a good time (and that I did)!

It was good seeing you both and congrats dear on your big day!

The dresses this year of the girls making their First Holy Communion have been stunning I must say, and this beauty queen is no exception!

Congratulations and best wishes on your big day.

Moms are bffs and the kids have grown up together. I photographed them alternately and it worked out great. The girl here walked in wearing the same dress my Priscilla wore last year for her communion. Good taste!

I think the kids had a great time and I certainly did. Both moms are so sweet and we had a few good laughs throughout the session.

Thank you ladies!

I want to squeeeeeeezzzzzeeeeee her cheeks! Poor thing wasn’t feeling 100%, but she was the RARE case where she smiled the entire time and you never knew she was under the weather.

This is a great family and you may recall when I shot her newborn session. I gave a clue about opening my mouth and inserting my foot. I’ll never, ever forget that session….I’m so glad we can joke about it when I see them.

Isn’t she a doll? Her mom is, too!

Wow, am I late blogging about this one!!!

I’ve been waiting to blog a while on this one!

I know I say this over and over, but it’s an honor to watch children grow and I have had that honor with this little beauty. Since her newborn session, I’ve watched her grow into the angel that she is.

Mom and dad are great people and I love hanging with them!

Happy birthday, sweetie!

Beautiful family

April 27, 2012

I’ve worked with this family a few times now, but this was the first time I met dad. He was as nice as his wife, no surprise, and the kids are so well-behaved. What a beautiful family they are both inside and out!

This was the first time I photographed this gorgeous baby boy, and what a pleasure it was. He isn’t sitting up well yet, but we managed with a few tricks and help from his mommy and our studio assistant, Holly. His big sister wasn’t in much of the mood to be photographed. She’s just 13 months older than him so mom has her hands full alot right now.

Congratulations on a beautiful family and best wishes!

Mom and dad both came to this session and they were patient and loving with their babies. The little guy is still pretty new and the big sister is still a little one herself.

I had fun working with all of you!!!

Last time I saw this cutie, she was a small, shy one. She’s grown out her shell and although she has always been a beautiful girl, her personality is complimenting her beauty.

Congrats sweetie and I hope your day is a beautiful one!
