These two were absolutely adorable and so good to eachother. Not a single catfight between the two of them while shooting! They both have gorgeous eyes, don’t they???
Big brother and little sister – Oakland County Photographer
February 22, 2012Had an angel stop by the other day… Michigan photographer
February 21, 2012And isn’t she a beautiful one?
I photographed her as a newborn and I can’t believe she’s sitting up already. Time goes fast, I say it all the time. When I see a newborn followed by another six months or so, I think about my oldest and can’t believe it’s been ten years already. She’s a young lady, but I swear she was just that little baby yesterday.
Check out how much she has grown in just six months!
This guy is simply irresistible! – Auburn Hills baby photographer
February 4, 2012I can’t believe this little stud is one already. It can’t possibly be one year already since I saw him last! What’s wrong with time and why is it going this fast???
Mom and dad are awesome on top of it! I have fun working with them, and once again, another reason why I love my job. The people I meet and connect with and the beautiful kids and babies I see are the biggest bonus of them all.
Now this was fun, fun, fun! I shot my girlfriend’s girls and she brought conservative, traditional dresses for them (which we shot first) and then she dressed them up fun and crimped the hair. The girls were SO good and my GF said the kids were imitating me for the next few days. Tells me that I made an impact on those baby girls!
Bring back the 80s and hair crimping…I blew the dust off my crimper and played with my girls’ hair. They loved it and made me crimp it before school one day. Crimping….
Family Session – Oakland Township Michigan Photographer
February 2, 2012And what a family they are! Beautiful, every single one of them and the kids seemed to have had a lot of fun, just like I did.
I love the nail polish the little sister had and we used it for a short series. It’s up on the studio wall now, and I’ve had a couple of clients ask if she’s my daughter. What a compliment as she’s a beautiful little girl, but the big brother is equally handsome!
What a great time! – Lake Orion, Oakland Kids’ Photographer
February 1, 2012Big sister here was excited and happy, while little brother was shy and quiet. And wouldn’t you know it…the little guy opened up just as the session was wrapping up, but I knew it was a great finish. The best part of this session was when I turned the corner and saw who was standing in the studio – I went to high school with dad and have met his beautiful wife a few times over the years. I wasn’t paying attention to the last name on the schedule or I would’ve noticed, but it was a great surprise.
Isn’t it something when you see people you went to school with and years later are a parent? Sometimes it’s hard to believe!
I love the series of the kids together. They were having so much fun and so was I!
Meet Jagger
January 21, 2012He was a Christmas present for my girls and has been settling in just fine. He’s just over four months old and has a long way to maturity, but the puppy stage is fun. Challenging he is at times, but enjoying him comes easy. He loves to get close to our African Grey, Pacino, but the bird obviously likes his distance.
He hangs at the studio sometimes, upstairs in the office, but from time to time, you might catch him!
Rainbow Connection made my niece’s wish come true
January 20, 2012On December 21st, Tammy and Nick told Angelina they were leaving for Disney World. Rocco and Marissa were at school and no clue what was going on. The limo drove Tammy, Nick and Angelina to the kids’ school and all of us were waiting in the lobby for their teachers to bring them to the front of the school. The two of them were confused at first why their family was there, and that’s when Angelina told them they were going to Disney World. They cried with excitement and were in shock.
Their wish was sponsored by a local foundation, the Robby Atherton Foundation. Robby is a local young man who passed away in 2008 and his family started the foundation in celebration of him.
They had a wonderful time and were treated so well by the staff of Walt Disney World! Angelina’s treatment was complete after 2.5 years this past July. She’s changed so much since her diagnosis and has grown into such a happy and amazing 4 year old!

My nieces and nephew
October 3, 2011I had my nieces and nephew in the studio to do a couple of shots for the local Shelby Pediatrics and Lung Center office. Down with the old and up with the new. The shot with the kids was Tammy’s idea, but Angelina getting fiesty was all spur of the moment…
